ABSTRACT
The article provides insights on problems associated with the implementation of the Medicare Modernization Act (MMA). According to the article, the U.S. government has underestimated the expenses involved in the implementation. Results from the Wall Street Journal/Harris Online survey showed that only one in five respondents believe the program will make prescription drugs more affordable.
