ABSTRACT
The article reports on the expansion plans of St. Louis, Missouri-based Chesterfield Commons retail center. The retail center plans to expand with a $15 million, 200,000 square feet retail addition. After the expansion, the retail center likewise will include office space and industrial space. This would bring the total of commercial space to 2.58 million square feet.
