ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the impact of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's health on the future of Israel, particularly its potential peace negotiation with the Palestinians. Sharon, after leading his country in expropriating Palestinian lands at the expense of some Israelis, has become sensitive to the social justices needs of his people. According to the author, Sharon's illness might thwart his own plan of building an Israeli majority concessions that might eventually create conditions for a more respectful and mutual reconciliation with the Palestinians.
