ABSTRACT
The article reports on an energy bill proposed by several legislators in the U.S. in February 2006. Introduction of the bill comes shortly after ACC met with lawmakers to push for development of domestic natural gas supplies. ACC says it agrees with Senator Pete Domenici's view that the Congress must act to open a part of the Gulf of Mexico to oil and gas development.
