ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the hidden bias in the workplace in the U.S. African Americans, disabled and overweight people are the common target of bias. It is said that hidden bias can pose challenges to human resource departments. The adoption of proactive systems and policies by organizations can alleviate hidden bias and reduce its influence on employment decisions.
