ABSTRACT
The article deals with two resolutions adopted at the 49th session of the International Atomic Energy Agency General Conference from September 26 through 30, 2005 in Vienna, Austria. The first resolution dealt with measures to strengthen international cooperation in nuclear, radiation and transport safety and waste management. The second dealt with safety measures against nuclear terrorism.
