ABSTRACT
The article informs that Lastminute.com PLC is to enter the cut-throat online recruitment market by adding job listings to its services. New9to5.com will work in partnership with lastminute to provide the site with more than 50,000 vacancies. It is backing the move with a hike in marketing spend, £2m this month alone. The increased investment follows the acquisition of the brand by Travelocity owner Sabre Holdings last July. The company is currently integrating its two online operations and is believed to be placing more marketing emphasis on lastminute.
