This article presents a report on developments related to education in the U.S. Ford Foundation and Esso Education Foundation have announced new grants to universities and colleges. The U.S. Office of Education has proclaimed that it will support Counseling and Guidance Training Institutes at sixty-four universities and colleges. The Institutes are designed to train better public and private school counselors and teachers preparing to become counselors according to the author. The spring conference of the Association for Childhood Education International will commence in Portland, Oregon on March 29, 1964.
