This article presents statistics on school bullying in the U.S. In a 2005 national survey of more than 3,400 students between the ages of 13 and 18. 90% of gay and lesbian students said they were harassed or assaulted in 2004. 33% of all students reported that gay and lesbian students are frequently harassed or assaulted.
