This article discusses some issues related to the recruitment market. Some HR professionals have decided that there is no reason this can not be applied to the recruitment market and have set up onemillionjobs.com. At the time this was written, only a few adventurous folk had taken advantage of the page, including PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the Army and pharmaceuticals behemoth GlaxoSmithKline PLC. An expert never considers himself beaten and is chasing this bandwagon as fast as his skates will allow him.
