ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the decision of a U.S. court, given in the year 1966, in the lawsuit Wilson H. Lee, Inc. v. New Haven Printing Pressmen Local 74. The court decided that the federal court would not, in its discretion, exercise debatable pendent jurisdiction to allow attorney's fees arising out of arbitrator's decision under Connecticut statute, particularly when the Connecticut courts had not construed the act.
