ABSTRACT
The article reports that the rugby football team Cronulla Sharks has been focusing on diet on their players this season. Joe Leto is Cronulla's secret weapon this season; a culinary whiz who prepares and cooks the Sharks' meals all day every day. Bringing on board a cook is believed to be a first for the NRL, while the club has also hired a part-time dietitian and transformed a bar in the western grandstand of Toyota Park into a kitchen/ rec room to help the players through the season. The move has had immediate effects, with players losing huge amounts of body fat and being able to lose or gain weight.
