ABSTRACT
This article discusses the real estate business. After a one-year hiatus, equities trader Alan Pinto is planning to rent a home in the Hamptons this summer. According to Hamptons, New York real estate brokers Pinto is on track with current market trends, and he will probably have plenty of homes to choose from. But that is not to say that Interest in the Hamptons is waning. It's simply that market conditions, spearheaded by low interest rates, have led many would-be renters to become buyers, delaying the rental surge.
