ABSTRACT
The article presents a statistical representation of natural gas production in the U.S. during the period 1999-2004. In the year 1999, gross withdrawals was 23,823 billion cubic feet, nonhydrocarbon gases removed amounted to 615 billion cubic feet, marketed production was 19,805 billion cubic feet and dry gas production was 18,832. In 2003 gross withdrawals was 24,243 billion cubic feet, nonhydrocarbon gases removed amounted to 384 billion cubic feet, marketed production was 20,030 billion cubic feet and dry gas production was 19,068.
