Presents a table that rates the performance of aid organizations providing relief to the victims of the Southeast Asian tsunami catastrophe. Use of donations by some aid organizations to pay overhead costs. Aid organizations rated, including American Red Cross, Lutheran World Relief, Doctors Without Borders USA, Care, Save the Children, Direct Relief International, U.S. Fund for UNICEF, U.S. Association for UNHCR, World Emergency Relief and Feed the Children.
