ABSTRACT
This section deals with the meeting held by the Administrative Committee on December 4, 1977 in Washington, D.C. It was decided that a midwestern city should be selected to replace Chicago, Illinois for the 1978 convention. Minneapolis, Minnesota, Cleveland, Ohio and Detroit, Michigan will be explored initially. A preference for Minneapolis was expressed, if suitable facilities, rates, et al. can be arranged. November 2-5 dates will be preserved, if possible. There was little discussion of post 1978 conventions, but there appeared to be agreement that San Antonio, Texas offered a suitable replacement for New Orleans, Louisiana in 1979. When 1978 arrangements have been firmed up, attention will be given to the other years.
