ABSTRACT
This article presents the nominations submitted by the Nominating Committee on the Speech Communication Association in 1977 in keeping with the Constitution and Article IV of the By-Laws. Dwight Freshley of the University of Georgia and Malcolm O. Sillars of the University of Utah are nominated for Second Vice-President of the Association. Robert D. Brooks of the University of South Florida and James W. Chesebro of Temple University are some of those nominated for the Association's Legislative Council.
