ABSTRACT
This article presents information on the 25th annual conference of the International Communication Association (ICA) in Chicago, Illinois. ICA members will conduct their 25th annual conference on April 23-26, 1975 at the LaSalle Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. "Communication in the Urban Environment" is the theme for this year's conference. ICA president-elect Mark L. Knapp from Purdue University, is the program chairperson for the event which features a variety of workshops, competitive paper sessions, mini-courses and plenary sessions. Each of the association's eight division heads have developed programs based on specific emphasis areas--information systems, interpersonal-, mass-, organizational-, intercultural-, political-, instructional- and health communication.
