ABSTRACT
The article reports on the special organizational meeting by the U.S. Speech Communication Association (SCA) Community College Instruction Division on December 28, 1975. The meeting is scheduled from 4:00 to 5:30 in the afternoon in the Camellia Room of the Shamrock Hilton. Anita Taylor of Florissant Valley Community College has been appointed by the president of SCA to chair the organizational meeting. The new division was created via a Legislative Council resolution amending the SCA Constitution. The amendment was subsequently approved by the membership through a mail ballot.
