ABSTRACT
The article presents information on direct marketing. When mailing from Red Letter Days hits home, the insight is spot-on announcement 'Get ready to be adored.' Then mail explains that by rewarding hard-grafting staff with Red Letter Days, they will scarcely be able to contain their gratitude. This sentiment is amusingly dramatised by half-a-dozen pin badges, for example, hearing the slogan 'I want my boss' babies'.
