ABSTRACT
This article reports that in an attempt to create a more seamless transition between a user's LOS and document preparation programs, Guardian Mortgage Documents Inc. (GMD) and Empower, a division of Fidelity National Financial Inc., have created an interface between the Empower loan origination system and GMD's Next Generation Forms Engine, a solution that allows lenders to create, view and print customized closing documents as part of their normal workflow cycle. As part of the arrangement GMD is now part of Empower's Platinum Vendor Network.
