ABSTRACT
The article reports that Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) has honored the 2004 class of the Consumer Electronics Hall of Fame at a dinner during its Fall Forum held in San Francisco, California. Along with Bob Gerson, TWICE magazine's founding editor, the following luminaries were in attendance to receive their awards: Ken Kai, who founded Pioneer in the U.S.; Jerry Kalov, CEA adviser and long-time consumer electronics executive; Norio Ohga, former chairman of Sony; Woo Paik, developer of the digital video compression technology that made high definition television possible; and Steve Wezniak, founder of Apple and developer of its first computer.
