Reports that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) of the United Nations has determined that the Israeli government's construction of a separation wall running through the occupied Palestinian West Bank was illegal. Determination of the U.S. house of representatives to deplore the court's decision; Anticipation of the ICJ of the tragic realities of terrorist attacks against Israel; Declaration of the ICJ that a separation barrier has to be built along Israel's recognized border; Comments of the U.S. congress from both parties on the foundation of the ruling.
