ABSTRACT
Greenhouse gas mitigation projects are already underway or being developed through several national or international programmes or funds, as well as on a bilateral or unilateral basis. This article focuses on outlines of the current portfolio for proposed Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) or CDM-type electricity-generating projects and examines the ways in which additionally and baselines have been assessed on these projects. The projects examined use widely differing methods and arguments to demonstrate additionally.
