The article focuses on proliferation of competence among teacher assistants through collaboration with teachers as their coach in early childhood programs. Topics discussed include enhancement of professional development through assisting other teachers; incorporation of different principles in coaching services such as reciprocity; involvement of teachers' assistants in different tasks such as curriculum planning provisions; and establishment of strength-based relationship with teachers.
