ABSTRACT
This article presents two cartoon series related to a nostalgic look back to a simpler era and recalling a more innocent time. Having at long last graduated from law school, one of the cartoon character is preparing for the bar exam. He is puzzled that why did he ever want to become a lawyer. He should have gone to some other field. He says that the U.S. Supreme Court is sending back all of Americans to some historical era. In the other cartoon series, one of the character is not getting up saying that he will get up only when U.S. President George W. Bush is impeached.
