ABSTRACT
The understanding of greenhouse gases and the benefits of blue carbon continue to increase as the impacts of climate change become more apparent. The authors provide examples of how the value of blue carbon is being incorporated into coastal restoration projects in diverse regions and thoughts on expanding the use of blue carbon.
