ABSTRACT
The article examines the qualities needed by clergies in leading and nurturing a church. The author narrates his experience as a pastor at the Matthews Memorial Primitive Methodist church in Boston, Massachusetts as well as in the Adirondack Mountains in Corinth, New York. Theological and biblical foundations of the church were also taken into account. Results and conclusions about the thesis were also provided.
