More than 1,500 travel buyers and planners are expected to visit the Manchester Business Travel Show which takes place on Wednesday and Thursday this week at the G-Mex Centre in England as of October 06, 2003. Some 70 suppliers have signed up to the show — 10 of them first-timers — making it the biggest show in the event's six-year history. Exhibition director Paul Robin said the big turnout shows confidence is returning to the business travel market. SN Brussels, the Travel Show's partner airline, is giving away two business-class round trips to Brussels, Belgium, while serviced apartment group Ascott International, the show's official accommodation partner, is offering discounted rates at its properties.
