ABSTRACT
The article examine the consequences of the role of U.S. legislation and regulations aimed to control the flow of the Conflict Minerals in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Topics discussed include history of history of section 1502 of the U.S. Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection, international efforts to control the flow of Conflict Minerals, and the affect of the Resource Curse on DRC.
