ABSTRACT
The article examines the likeliness for children to develop obesity later in life. Topics discussed include the trend to obesity and overweight in adulthood, the progression of obesity in adolescence to severe obesity in adulthood, the high-quality trials for obesity and overweight, and the assessment of the risk factors of obesity.
