ABSTRACT
HUNGARY has behaved like a 'neo-Nazi government' in its treatment of refugees, former justice minister Alan Shatter said yesterday. The EU state, which borders nonmember Serbia, erected razor wire on its border to hold back refugees, as it rushed to erect a steel wall across 160km of border.
