ABSTRACT
The article reports on undertrials in Indian prison that violate existing laws as of April 27, 2013. Topics discussed include overcrowded prisons in the country, Section 463A in the Criminal Procedure Code, and pending cases under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotrophic Substances Act of 1985. Also mentioned is the Tihar Jail in New Delhi, India.
