Mediums and a Possible Source of Communication: A Proposed Experiment

Topics discussed includes extra-sensory perception (ESP), Electronic Voice Phenomenon (EVP) or Raudive voices, cost and time involved for the research, confusions in differentiating a paranormal voice with radio transmissions, and Miss Phoebe Payne's experiment establishing communication with the deceased.
