ABSTRACT
The article presents views of Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, about continuation of confrontation until armed groups quit Turkey, during the "Civilian Initiative Against Terror" program by Turkey's Union of Chambers & Commodity Exchanges. He states about avoiding conflict only if terrorist organization Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) ceases to be a threat and creation of rebellion by militant organization Kurdistan Workers' Party using ISIL attack in Suruç,Turkey.
