ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's concern on how to achieve sustainable development and green economy initiatives to improve the Earth's condition. The author further discussed two sets of laws pass by Bolivia including "Rights of Mother Earth" and World People's Conference on Climate Change. These local laws the rights of local natural systems to exist and thrive.
