ABSTRACT
The article discusses the report issued by the Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change on the theory that increased atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration (ACDC) is due to emission of CD from fossil combustion. The study was conducted by scientist S. Fred Singer and colleagues which revealed that increased ACDC is due to various factors including variations in solar activity. The study also found that there are no evidences that ACDC has caused extreme weather events.
