ABSTRACT
The article discusses developments in the real property auction market in Great Britain as of May 2015. Based on the Acuitus/IPD cPad report, the all-property sales rate in February/March 2015 stood at 86%, which is higher than the market boom rates in 2005-2007. Among the most in demand asset types in auctions are retail and offices.
