The article explores the role of chemical engineers in nuclear decommissioning process. Topics covered include the unique and fascinating challenges in the decommissioning process, areas where chemical engineers can make a difference to reducing the hazard, and the significance of chemical engineers in achieving a cost effective and practical solution in a decommissioning project.
