ABSTRACT
The article discusses the Palestinian Authority's (PA) approach of relying on international support that has basis in the two-pronged strategy adopted by PA President Mahmud Abbas, which involves in seeking atleast one resolution through the United Nations Security Council and bringing charges against Israel in the international Criminal Court. Withdrawal of Tax revenues by Israel coupled with PA's passivity in engaging with the Palestinian group Hamas has created an unstable situation in Gaza.
