ABSTRACT
The article discusses how Greece can act as a bridge between Europe and the BRIC nations, with its special ties to both Russia and China. Greek Minister of Defense Panos Kammenos has warned that the country will turn to the BRICS for funding if the European Union (EU), the European Central Bank (ECB), and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) cut off Greece. Several Greek ministers will soon be heading to Moscow and other BRICS countries following the announcement of a New Development Bank.
