ABSTRACT
The article discusses the growing issue of adult bullying in schools across the U.S. It discusses the different types of adult bully including the ones which is characterized by an inferiority complex, lack of compassion or remorse for their harassing and negative behavior, and a personality embedded with arrogant and self-righteous behavior. It also outlines some strategies for controlling adult bullying behavior.
